We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
